I’ve worked with the owners since 1999 and they never cease to amaze me. They are always coming up with creative new menus and presentations. I find them to be the most professional caterer’s that I’ve ever worked with. They know what I like and they know my standards. The most current event our company had was a special cocktail celebration. They served the most elegant European cheese, quiches, fig jams, fresh fruit, cigar cookies and truffles. All of which was complimented by their choice of the perfect champagne and wines. And as always, their presentation was most elegant. Everyone was impressed and enjoyed everything immensely.
